You do not need to use a claims management company to make a complaint about your home, you should contact your landlord or housing association first but if you complaint is not successful you can refer it to the Housing Ombudsman for free if it falls under their remit.
We receive a fee for introducing you to a solicitor. You will be required to enter into a contract with the solicitor and pay a fee to them if your claim is successful or should you cancel your claim outside the 14-day cancellation period
